Jinjunmei tea, a branch of Zhengshan race of black tea, originated in Tongmu Village, Mount Wuyi City, Fujian Province. A new variety of black tea was developed in 2005, led by the team led by Jiang Yuanxun, the 24th generation inheritor of Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea, through innovative integration of traditional craftsmanship.
The reason why Jinjunmei is famous is that it is handmade by tea makers throughout the whole process. Every 500g of Jinjunmei requires tens of thousands of tea buds to pick the fresh tea buds of alpine primitive species in Mount Wuyi Nature Reserve, and then it is completed through a series of complex processing steps such as withering, green shaking, fermentation, rolling, etc. Jin Junmei is a rare treasure in tea, with a small and compact appearance, accompanied by golden tea velvet and tea hair. The soup color is golden, and the taste is sweet and refreshing.
Main efficacy
1) The caffeine and theophylline in Jinjunmei tea have diuretic effects and are used to treat edema and water retention tumors. The detoxification and diuretic effects of black tea syrup can be used to treat acute icteric hepatitis.
(2) The small amount of caffeine contained in Jin Junmei has the effects of strengthening the heart, relieving spasms, and relaxing smooth muscles. It can relieve bronchospasm, promote blood circulation, and is a good auxiliary drug for treating bronchial asthma, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, and myocardial infarction.
(3) The tea polyphenols and vitamin C in Jinjunmei tea have the effect of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis to prevent arteriosclerosis.
(4) The tea polyphenols and tannic acid in Jinjunmei tea act on bacteria, solidifying their proteins and killing them.
